Thrifty Mock Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce (with Okara)

  1. Put the okara, katakuriko, dashi stock granules, and the milk into a bowl.
  2. Knead until it's as soft as your earlobes.
  3. Form into bite-sized round patties.
  4. Poke a hole in the center with a chopstick and shape into a donut.
  5. Heat some oil in a frying pan, and fry both sides of the patties over medium heat until slightly browned.
  6. Combine all ingredients.
  7. Mix into the frying pan from Step 2 and coat the patties to finish.
