Thrifty Mock Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce (with Okara)
- 150 grams Fresh okara
- 130 ml Milk
- 80 grams Katakuriko
- 1/2 tsp Dashi stock granules
- 2 rounded tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 rounded tablespoon Ketchup
- 2 tsp Condensed milk
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Put the okara, katakuriko, dashi stock granules, and the milk into a bowl.
- Knead until it's as soft as your earlobes.
- Form into bite-sized round patties.
- Poke a hole in the center with a chopstick and shape into a donut.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan, and fry both sides of the patties over medium heat until slightly browned.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix into the frying pan from Step 2 and coat the patties to finish.
