Easy Ice Cream Balls Recipe

  1. Scoop ice cream into 2 and 1/2 inch balls.
  2. Lightly roll with cookie crumbs.
  3. Cover and freeze till hard, in dishes.
  4. Combine chocolate and butter in top of double boiler, bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  5. Cook till chocolate melts, then stir in lowfat milk and sugar.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly, till sauce is thick and smooth.
  7. Garnish ice cream balls with hot sauce, whip cream and cherries.
