Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients.
  3. Bring oil and sugar to a boil.
  4. Pour over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly and quickly to keep sugar from clumping.
  5. Mixing with hands can help with this.
  6. Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake about 30 minutes, stirring often.
  8. Allow to cool and then break into small pieces.
  9. Serve with milk, yogurt or over fresh fruit.
