Smokin' Cheese & Mac Bake Recipe astephen

  1. cook pasta for six minutes (you want it slightly undercooked).
  2. drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. set aside.
  4. shred and combine all cheeses.
  5. reserve one cup of cheese for the topping.
  6. in a large sauce pan, melt butter.
  7. add flour and mix well.
  8. cook for three minutes; making a nutty smelling rue.
  9. add milk, spices and hot sauce.
  10. heat to a low boil, stirring continuously.
  11. add cheese a little at a time; stirring constantly to ensure all cheese is melted.
  12. in a large bowl, combine mixture with chilled pasta and mix well.
  13. transfer to a greased 13x9 baking dish.
  14. top with reserved cheese.
  15. bake in a 425 degree oven for 45 minutes.
  16. let sit for 10 minutes to cool and set.
  17. eat until you feel sick.
