Good Salsa
- 8 -10 slices jalapenos, remove seeds
- 4 -5 green onions, chopped
- 3 -5 garlic cloves
- 12 sprigs with leaves cilantro
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 (32 ounce) canspeeled tomatoes, drained
- 1 (32 ounce) can tomato puree
- Blend first 6 ingredients together in food processor to desired consistency, taste for salt/seasoning.
- Add pureed tomatoes and stir.
- Refrigerate.
- This is of course, better the next day.
