Pesto Bruschetta
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced
- 7 ounces prepared pesto sauce
- 2 medium roma tomatoes, seeded & finely chopped
- 4 ounces crumbled feta
- Arrange bread slices on ungreased baking sheet.
- Spread with pesto, top with tomatoes & feta.
- Broil 4 inches from heat for 3-5 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
