Grecian Delight Burger (Gyro)

  1. Divide Ground Sirloin into 1/3 lbs patties.
  2. (5.3 oz) Liberally dust patty with lowerys and pepper.
  3. (I use a 95/5% ground Sirloin/ Chuck mixture.
  4. Go to your local butcher for help if needed.)
  5. Cook to desired temperature, just not well done please...
  6. Butter and toast your favorite Hamburger Bun, after its toasted, sprinkle lightly with Garlic Powder
  7. Build burger as follows...
  8. Burger
  9. Cucumber
  10. Tomato
  11. Feta Cheese
  12. Tataziki Sauce
  13. Red Onions
  14. Heavy Dash of Oregano
  15. Enjoy!
