Grecian Delight Burger (Gyro)
- 1 each Your Fav Hamburger Bun
- 1 1/3 lb 95% Ground Sirloin/ 5% Ground Chuck, Pattied
- 2 slice Cucumber, Zebra Stripped
- 1 slice Tomato
- 2 oz Feta Cheese
- 2 oz Tataziki Sauce (Cucumber/Gyro Sauce)
- 4 each Red Onion Petals, French Cut
- 1 dash Oregano, dried
- 1 dash Garlic Powder
- 1 dash Lowerys Seasoning Salt
- 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Butter, unsalted
- Divide Ground Sirloin into 1/3 lbs patties.
- (5.3 oz) Liberally dust patty with lowerys and pepper.
- (I use a 95/5% ground Sirloin/ Chuck mixture.
- Go to your local butcher for help if needed.)
- Cook to desired temperature, just not well done please...
- Butter and toast your favorite Hamburger Bun, after its toasted, sprinkle lightly with Garlic Powder
- Build burger as follows...
- Burger
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Feta Cheese
- Tataziki Sauce
- Red Onions
- Heavy Dash of Oregano
- Enjoy!
