Marinated Artichokes Recipe

  1. Cook hearts, drain; put in bowl.
  2. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and tarragon in separate bowl.
  3. Stir till sugar dissolves; pour over hearts.
  4. Chill covered overnight or possibly two.
