Delicious Vegetable Miso Nabe (Hot Pot)
- 200 grams Pork offcuts
- 1/2 Cabbage
- 1 Carrot
- 3 medium Potatoes
- 2 Green onion or scallion
- 1 packet Enoki mushrooms
- 2 slice Aburaage
- 12 Wiener sausages
- 3 tbsp Mix of red and white miso
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 10 grams Chicken stock granules
- 1300 ml Water
- 1 clove Garlic
- Cut all the vegetables and meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Pour the water into an earthenware pot and bring to a boil.
- Add the chicken stock, miso, and soy sauce.
- Make sure the miso is dissolved completely.
- Add the ingredients to the pot, starting with the ones that take longer to cook.
- Potatoes, carrots, meat, enoki mushrooms, aburaage, cabbage, green onions.
- Heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- When everything is cooked through, mix in the grated garlic and it's done.
