Calvados Sidecar

  1. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with the lemon wedge.
  2. Carefully dip the rim in the cinnamon sugar so that only the very top edge is coated evenly.
  3. Place the glass in the freezer to let the sugar rim harden.
  4. Pour the calvados, Cointreau, and juice into a mixing glass.
  5. Add large cold ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  6. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
  7. Garnish with the orange twist.
