Stir fried bean curd with roast meat

  1. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using medium heat.
  2. Stir fry bean curd till golden browned.
  3. Add in roast meat.
  4. Stir fry for 1 minute for bean curd to absorb the flavor.
  5. Turn heat to low.
  6. Add in light soya sauce.
  7. Add in starch water.
  8. Turn heat off.
  9. Let the ingredients simmer for awhile till gravy slightly thickened.
