Stir fried bean curd with roast meat
- 200 grams roast meat, chopped into bite size
- 2 bean curd, medium, cut into bite size
- 100 ml starch water, 5ml starch mixed in 100ml water
- 2 tbsp light soya sauce
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using medium heat.
- Stir fry bean curd till golden browned.
- Add in roast meat.
- Stir fry for 1 minute for bean curd to absorb the flavor.
- Turn heat to low.
- Add in light soya sauce.
- Add in starch water.
- Turn heat off.
- Let the ingredients simmer for awhile till gravy slightly thickened.
