Milk Tea Madeleine

  1. Grease the pan with oil.
  2. Combine the ingredients and sift.
  3. Melt butter in the microwave.
  4. Warm the milk, steep one of the tea bags, and brew a strong cup of milk tea.
  5. Mix together the ingredients and Step 3 well.
  6. Add the dry ingredients and tea leaves from the remaining tea bag, then mix.
  7. Add the melted butter little by little, and mix.
  8. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  9. Pour into the pan, and bake in the oven for about 12 minutes at 170C.
  10. Cool on a rack.
  11. Wrap with plastic wrap, and let sit overnight.
