Milk Tea Madeleine
- 40 grams Unsalted butter
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Tea bags
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Egg
- 20 grams Sugar
- 10 grams Honey
- Grease the pan with oil.
- Combine the ingredients and sift.
- Melt butter in the microwave.
- Warm the milk, steep one of the tea bags, and brew a strong cup of milk tea.
- Mix together the ingredients and Step 3 well.
- Add the dry ingredients and tea leaves from the remaining tea bag, then mix.
- Add the melted butter little by little, and mix.
- Let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Pour into the pan, and bake in the oven for about 12 minutes at 170C.
- Cool on a rack.
- Wrap with plastic wrap, and let sit overnight.
