Mojito Freeze

  1. Mix pretzel crumbs and butter.
  2. Press onto bottom of plastic wrap-lined 9-inch round pan.
  3. Freeze until ready to use.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, zest, juice and mint with mixer until well blended.
  5. Whisk in 1-1/4 cups Cool Whip; spoon over crust.
  6. Freeze 4 hours.
  7. Serve topped with remaining Cool Whip.
