Lee's Black Bean & Corn Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine beans, corn peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix the lime juice, oil, seasoning mix, and salt.
  3. Pour over the salad.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
  5. The passive time is refrigeration time.
  6. It's also low in calories!
  7. Enjoy!
