Peaches 'N' Cream Dessert Pizza Recipe
- 1 can condensed (sweetened) lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. quick oats
- 1/4 c. finely minced walnuts
- 1 (29 ounce.) can peaches (cling)
- Pam-spray additional 1/3 c. nuts
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix well.
- Chill.
- Cream together butter and sugar, fold in flour, oats and walnuts till blended.
- Spray pizza pan with Pam.
- press dough into 12 inch circle forming ridge around edge (like a pizza).
- Prick with fork and bake 10-12 min or possibly till golden.
- Cold, spoon filling proportionately onto crust.
- Arrange peach slices on filling and garnish with nuts.
- Chill.
- Serve cool.
