Shrimp with Mayonesa Garlic and Roasted Red Pepper Dipping Sauce

  1. Mix mayonesa, garlic, red peppers, salt and pepper until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Skewer shrimp on metal or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water.
  5. Grill shrimp until shrimp turn pink, turning and brushing occasionally with the oil.
  6. Serve with the mayonesa mixture.
