Tyropita

  1. Beat four whole eggs and four egg folks only.
  2. Beat until light and creamy; fold into crumbled feta cheese, ricotta, and grated cheese
  3. Season to taste
  4. Place eight buttered pastry sheets in a greased pan and then pour cheese mixture
  5. Cover with eight additional pastry sheets, brushing each with melted butter, fold edges to retain mixture and the whole pie with melted butter
  6. Bake at 350* for 45 min
  7. Cut on to squares and serve warm
