Camembert and Asparagus Bon Bons
- 12 sheets filo pastry
- olive oil spray
- 8 slices leg ham, chopped
- 2 x 125g KRAFT* Camembert, chopped into 1cm cubes
- 2 bunches asparagus (approx 200g), trimmed, blanched and chopped
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- black pepper
- Stack three sheets of pastry together, spraying lightly between each sheet with olive oil spray.
- Repeat with remaining pastry to give four stacks.
- Cut each stack of pastry into three.
- Combine the ham, cheese, asparagus, mustard and pepper, mixing well.
- Divide mixture evenly into 12 and spoon onto the short edge of the pastry leaving a 2 cm gap each side.
- Roll once to enclose the filling then fold in the outside edges, continue rolling to end of pastry.
- Repeat with remaining filling and pastry to make 12 bon bons.
- Spray with olive oil spray and place onto a lined oven tray.
- Bake in oven 200C for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
