Camembert and Asparagus Bon Bons

  1. Stack three sheets of pastry together, spraying lightly between each sheet with olive oil spray.
  2. Repeat with remaining pastry to give four stacks.
  3. Cut each stack of pastry into three.
  4. Combine the ham, cheese, asparagus, mustard and pepper, mixing well.
  5. Divide mixture evenly into 12 and spoon onto the short edge of the pastry leaving a 2 cm gap each side.
  6. Roll once to enclose the filling then fold in the outside edges, continue rolling to end of pastry.
  7. Repeat with remaining filling and pastry to make 12 bon bons.
  8. Spray with olive oil spray and place onto a lined oven tray.
  9. Bake in oven 200C for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Serve immediately.
