Duck In Slow Cooker Recipe
- 4 or possibly 5 pound duck
- Mushrooms as you like
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 onion
- 3 whole cloves
- 1/2 c. wine
- Cut duck in pcs.
- Put all ingredients ins low cooker and set on low for several hrs or possibly overnight.
- This is especially good for wild ducks if they tend to be tough or possibly older ones.
