Freezer Mix Cheeseburger Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Mix 1 cup baking mix and the milk until a soft dough forms.
  3. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered surface; knead 5 times.
  4. Roll dough 2 inches larger than inverted 9-inch pie pan.
  5. Ease into pan and flute edge of dough.
  6. Cook freezer mix in large skillet until meat is brown.
  7. Drain off fat.
  8. Stir in salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons baking mix and the Worcestershire sauce.
  9. Turn Meat Filling into pastry-lined pan.
  10. Arrange tomato slices on filling.
  11. Beat eggs slightly; stir in cheese.
  12. Spoon onto tomatoes, spreading to cover completely.
  13. Bake about 30 minutes.
  14. Cut into wedges.
  15. Serve with chili sauce if you like.
