Paksiw na pata or knuckles,pigs feet

  1. in a casserole combined all the ingredients,except the banana flower
  2. simmer the pata for about 1hour and 30 mins.on a medium fire, or until the pata is tendered ,stir occasionaly, let the sauce be caramelized..
  3. once cooked put the banana flower then simmer again for about 5 mins.
