Soy Sauce Chicken - Easy Hawaiian Dish
- 2 kg Chicken thigh
- 400 ml Soy sauce
- 120 grams Brown sugar
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Ginger
- Rinse the defrosted chicken many times under running water.
- These are the ingredients: brown sugar, garlic, and sliced ginger.
- Heat 1 cup (200 ml) of water in a stock pot and melt the brown sugar.
- When it comes to a boil, add the chicken, stir, and simmer over medium heat for a while.
- Here's the tip: Add 1 cup (200 ml) of water if you are using fresh meat.
- After you add the garlic and ginger, pour the soy sauce.
- After simmering for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and put the lid on.
- Wait for an hour.
- It's ready to serve.
