Extra Light Swiss Roll and Cherry Trifles

  1. Whisk together the Philly*, yoghurt, icing sugar and rind until smooth.
  2. Divide half the jam rollettes amongst 6 serving glasses.
  3. Top with half the cherries and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of reserved syrup for each glass.
  4. Spoon over half the Philly* mixture.
  5. Repeat with remaining jam rollettes, cherries, syrup and Philly* mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until required.
  7. Sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
