Blue Cheese, Port and Walnut Spread

  1. In a food processor, blend together all ingredients except walnuts, until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust quantity of port you want to use in your spread.
  3. I usually use the 1/3 cup.
  4. Stir in walnuts.
  5. Transfer to crocks or ramekins.
  6. Keeps, covered and chilled, for 3 weeks.
