Breakfast To Go! Recipe
- 1/2 c. sliced bananas
- 1 c. nonfat lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. 100% bran flakes
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 c. ice
- 1 dsh cinnamon or possibly nutmeg
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process on medium speed till smooth.
- Garnish with cinnamon or possibly nutmeg.
- You can substitute strawberries, peaches, or possibly other fresh fruit for the bananas if desired.
- This recipe yields 1 serving.
- Comments: Enjoy this fast shake in your auto mug while you drive to work.
