Paleo Apple Pie Nachos

  1. Pull out a large skillet and place under medium heat.
  2. Add your coconut oil to the pan and let it get real hot.
  3. Add apples and walnuts to it.
  4. Use a spatula or spoon to move the apples and walnuts around to help cook on both sides and not burn.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add coconut milk, almond butter, honey and raisins and stir everything around with a spoon to help the flavors meld.
  7. Let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Now add cinnamon, salt, and almond flour on top and mix thoroughly once more.
  9. Serve warm, with a fork.
  10. Enjoy!
