Pepper 'n Onion Burgers with Mac & Cheese

  1. Mix meat, half the onions and 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.)
  2. dressing just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Heat remaining dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add patties; cook 3 to 4 min.
  5. or until browned on both sides, turning once.
  6. Add remaining onions, peppers and water to skillet; cover.
  7. Simmer on low heat 15 min.
  8. or until burgers are done (160F) and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  9. Meanwhile, prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package.
  10. Stir in beans.
  11. Heat broiler.
  12. Spoon Dinner mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with burgers, cooked vegetables and shredded cheese.
  13. Broil 5 min.
  14. or until shredded cheese is melted.
