Creamy Mexican Zucchini-Jicama Salad

  1. Cut jicama, carrots and zucchini into matchlike sticks.
  2. Combine in medium bowl.
  3. Blend remaining ingredients in blender 1 min.
  4. or until smooth.
  5. Add mayo mixture to vegetables; toss to coat.
