Whole-Grain Mustard Sauce

• 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup drained Pickled Mustard Seeds (page 187)

1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
