Cappa Santa

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Put 6 scallop baking shells on a baking sheet.
  3. Put 1 large sea scallop in each shell.
  4. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon chopped shallots, 1/2 teaspoon butter, and 1 teaspoon dry white wine.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Put them under the broiler for 3 minutes.
  7. This recipe should take you about 5 minutes to do it takes me 1 minute.
  8. Got it?
  9. Sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley.
  10. Add a squeeze of lemon and they're ready to serve.
  11. Don't burn your fingers!
