Fresh Grape Tomato Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil on high heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until golden.
  3. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Add fresh basil and cook another 5 minutes.
