Spicy Baked Hot Corn Dip
- 2 cans (11 Oz. Size) Green Giant Chipotle Corn
- 2 cups Grated Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 23 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cans (4 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chiles
- 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons Cholula Sauce

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
- Grease a 9-inch casserole dish.
- 3.
- In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- 4.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the casserole dish.
- 5.
- If desired, sprinkle additional cheese on top of dip.
- 6.
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until edges are bubbling.
