London Broil

  1. Marinate the flank steak in a marinade made with the remaining ingredients for at least three hours.
  2. Broil or grill steak for three to four minutes on each side.
  3. Carve diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
  4. (You may refrigerate and reuse the marinade for meat, fish or poultry.
  5. I like to bring it to a boil before reusing.
  6. Note: it may NOT be reused after using with poultry.)

flank steak, clove garlic, vinegar, canola oil, salt, pepper, dry mustard, worcestershire sauce, cayenne, drops tabasco
