London Broil
- 2- 1/2 pounds Flank Steak
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 cups Vinegar
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 dash Cayenne
- 2 drops Tabasco To Taste
- Marinate the flank steak in a marinade made with the remaining ingredients for at least three hours.
- Broil or grill steak for three to four minutes on each side.
- Carve diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
- (You may refrigerate and reuse the marinade for meat, fish or poultry.
- I like to bring it to a boil before reusing.
- Note: it may NOT be reused after using with poultry.)
