- 10 slices White Bread, Crusts Removed
- 10 slices Cheddar Cheese, Thickly Sliced
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 10 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced
- 10 slices Bacon Broken Into Pieces

- Toast the bread slowly on a rack at 250 degrees F, until golden and well dried.
- Let cool.
- 2.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of each toast and cut into four squares.
- Set the cheese squares aside.
- 3.
- Slather a healthy dose of mayonnaise onto each toast, place the tomato on top, then the bacon, then the cheese.
- 4.
- Return to the oven and cook for approximately 4 minutes more until the cheese bubbles.
- Serve immediately!
