Fruit Salad
- 2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
- 2 cans Mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 small boxes instant lemon pudding
- 2 firm bananas
- Reserve all pineapple juice and juice from 1 can of oranges.
- Mis pudding powder with the reserved juices until smooth.
- Chill.
- Add sliced bananas just before serving.
