Avocado Ice Cream

• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 14 1/2 ounces milk, skim, evaporated canned, well chilled
• 1 cup avocados mashed ripe
• 1 1/2 cups sugar

1. Mix juices.
2. Beat milk in chilled bowl until almost doubled in volume.
3. Add all ingredients; blend well.
4. Freeze.
