Salsa Chicken

  1. Place rice, chicken, and veggies in a pot.
  2. Replace half of the water necessary to cook rice with salsa and pour into pot.
  3. Cover pot.
  4. Heat until boiling and then simmer until chicken is cooked thouroughly.
  5. (This recipe is easily modified for more people and as much salsa as one would like for flavor).
