Easy Lemon Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 (8 inch) graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- Mix 1/2 c. lowfat milk with cream cheese; blend well.
- Add in package dry pudding mix and remaining 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk.
- Mix with electric mixer on low for approximately 1 minute.
- Pour into pie shell.
- (Optional, garnish with sprinkle of graham.)
- Refrigerate1 hour or possibly longer.
- Enjoy.
