Easy Lemon Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Mix 1/2 c. lowfat milk with cream cheese; blend well.
  2. Add in package dry pudding mix and remaining 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk.
  3. Mix with electric mixer on low for approximately 1 minute.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. (Optional, garnish with sprinkle of graham.)
  6. Refrigerate1 hour or possibly longer.
  7. Enjoy.
