Radish Chrysanthemum Sushi Balls for Doll Festival or Mother's Day

  1. Make the radish chrysanthemum.
  2. Finely chop the crab sticks.
  3. Mince or grate the yuzu peel.
  4. Mix Step 2 with the sushi rice.
  5. Divide into 5 portions.
  6. Wrap each portion from Step 3 in plastic wrap and shape into balls.
  7. Flatten the tops a little bit.
  8. Make 5.
  9. Top with a radish chrysanthemum.
