Radish Chrysanthemum Sushi Balls for Doll Festival or Mother's Day
- 100 grams Sushi rice
- 3 Imitation crab sticks
- 1 Yuzu peel (or lemon)
- 5 pieces Radish chrysanthemum
- Make the radish chrysanthemum.
- Finely chop the crab sticks.
- Mince or grate the yuzu peel.
- Mix Step 2 with the sushi rice.
- Divide into 5 portions.
- Wrap each portion from Step 3 in plastic wrap and shape into balls.
- Flatten the tops a little bit.
- Make 5.
- Top with a radish chrysanthemum.
