Grilled Pork Chops or Ribs with BBQ Sauce
- 7 pounds Pork Chops Or Ribs
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 whole Small Onion, Diced
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- 1 can (7.5 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cups Chili Sauce
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Molasses
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
- Season meat with salt and pepper.
- Grill over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until done.
- For the sauce, saute onion and garlic in oil.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer together for 20 minutes, stirring often.
- Place meat and sauce in a greased roaster or slow cooker and keep warm until serving.
