Microwave Potato Chips
- 1 Knife, potato peeler, or mandolin slicer
- 1 Plate and Parchment Paper
- 1 Potato
- 1 Butter, Ranch Dressing,Parm, Sugar, Brown Sugar, BBQ Sauce
- Rinse potato under water and scrub surface-dry off
- Cut potato into VERY thin slices ( thickness of slices will determine cook time)
- Combine slices and flavoring
- Spray wax paper with Pam and place slices on plate
- microwave on high, checking every thirty seconds until light brown- flip after a minute
- Wait one minute before eating
