Low Cal Muffins
- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 13 cups natural bran
- 12 cup skim milk
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 12 cup water
- 12 cup canned pumpkin
- 12 cup Splenda granular
- mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, mix together, bake at 400 for ~13 minutes.
