Caramel Apple Pie Sangria
- 3-1/2 cups apple cider
- 1 pkt. (makes 2 qt. drink each) CRYSTAL LIGHT Natural Lemon Flavor Iced Tea Mix*
- 3 Tbsp. dulce de leche (sweetened milk caramel)
- 2 apples, cored and chopped (I used Gala and Golden Delicious)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 3 cups white wine
- 1/4 cup spiced rum
- seltzer
- In a large sealable jar or container, pour apple cider, drink mix, and dulce de leche.
- Seal the jar and shake vigorously until dulce de leche and drink mix is dissolved.
- Add apples, cinnamon sticks, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, wine, and spiced rum; stir to combine.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Remove cinnamon sticks before serving.
- Serve over ice in tall glasses and top with seltzer.
