Sea & Shells Salad Recipe

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, capers, salt (if you like), dry mustard and pepper sauce; stir till blended.
  3. Fold in celery, cucumber and seafood.
  4. Cover and chill about 1 hour to chill.
  5. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce leaves.
  6. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
