Fried Noodles with Yin Er and Anchovy
- 1 packages instant noodles
- 2 sausages
- 1 large meatball
- 1/2 yin er
- 1 tsp anchovy
- 3 cup water
- Boiled water to boil.
- Add the yin er.
- Boiled until the smell out, about 5 minutes.
- Add meatball, anchovy, and sausges, leave it for about 10 minutes
- Then, put instant noodles into the stew.
- let slightly softened, about 8 minutes.
- Strain the decoction of instant noodles.
