Single Serving Chocolate Chia Puff Pancake
- 13 cups Egg Whites
- 1/4 cups Almond Milk
- 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
- 1/2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons Sweetleaf Stevia, Chocolate, Liquid
- Using a blender, blend or whisk by hand all ingredients.
- Spray a 7-ounce ramekin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour mixture into ramekin.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees F until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and pancake has risen.
- Mine were perfect at 20 minutes using my small convection toaster oven.
