Twice cooked carrot cakes

  1. In a pan boil your carrots in broth or water.
  2. Boil till fork tender.
  3. Heat oil in pan
  4. Let them cool.
  5. Mash together with banana and egg.
  6. Mix in garlic, salt, and cheese.
  7. Form into patties and fry till done turning as needed.
  8. Move to a paper towel.
  9. Drizzle with honey.
  10. Serve hope you enjoy!
