Cherry cheesecake
- 3 packages cream cheese
- 1 3/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 whip cream
- Preheat oven to 350
- Crush Graham crackers
- Add 1 stick melted butter and 1/3 cup sugar to Graham cracker
- Mix well and press into bottom of spring for pan
- Beat cream cheese till creamy
- Add sugar and vanilla and mix well
- Add 3 eggs one at a time until thoroughly mixed
- Pour on top Graham cracker crust in pan
- Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes
- Remove and let set at least 4 hours
- Using cake decorating bag and whip cream go around top of cake making a border and fill the inside with cherry pie filling
