Broccoli & Tomato Frittata

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 min.
  3. or until onions are tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in broccoli and tomatoes.
  5. Spoon into 4 (9-inch) pie pans (or into 1 pie pan for trial recipe) sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
  6. Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in pie pans.
  7. Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 30 to 35 min.
  8. or until tops are golden brown and centres are almost set.
  9. Let stand 10 min.
  10. before cutting to serve.
