Broccoli & Tomato Frittata
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 qt. onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 qt. small broccoli florets, blanched
- 1 qt. grape tomatoes, halved
- 2-2/3 cups Delissio Italian Mozzarella Block, shredded
- 12 each whole eggs
- egg whites
- 1 cup skim milk
- 4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; cook 5 min.
- or until onions are tender, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; stir in broccoli and tomatoes.
- Spoon into 4 (9-inch) pie pans (or into 1 pie pan for trial recipe) sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
- Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in pie pans.
- Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 30 to 35 min.
- or until tops are golden brown and centres are almost set.
- Let stand 10 min.
