The Temperance Society Cocktail

• 2 oz strawberry-infused Dolin Blanc Vermuth
• 1 oz rosemary-infused Aperol
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 oz 1:1 simple syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Prosecco

1. Combine ingredients and shake with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with a light, dry Prosecco.
3. No garnish.
